Hotel in a good location with an excellent quality/price ratio
Modern hotel suitable for families. Large room with a terrace (chairs and table need to be replaced). Breakfast is quite varied, but when the hotel is full, I fear that there may not be enough tables. Covered parking, with an additional charge. Very close to the ski lifts and the bus stop that goes to the wooden tower.

If you have already paid your Vacation and on arrival day you are not allow to come ( because of home disaster ), and you tell this to the reception - with please of another term ( not refund ! ) - management tell you : Sorry - that is not our problem…. Bye bye….
So be carefoul of this NON CLIENT ORIENTED hotel.

+ Cosy room with a nice lake view. The ladies at the reception were friendly. The breakfast was tasty. There is also a nice kids’ corner next to the reception.
– Do not book through their website—it is not easy to get a refund for a cancelled reservation. The hotel has a security guard (the last time I saw a security guard in a hotel was probably in Myanmar), and he was rude. There is quite a nice restaurant, but breakfast is served in a small, crowded room in the basement. Parking costs 250 CZK. A baby cot costs 200 CZK, and it was very small and not very stable. The floor in our room was dirty— stains, candies, and even a baby spoon left by previous guests. There are always cleaning staff trolleys in the corridors, which is not very welcoming. We cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel was Clean and New with friendly staff. However, the band that was playing in the attached conference room did not finish until 2:30am!!. I was on the 2nd floor and the noise level was bad. I was not warned of this so had i known there was an event until 2:30am i would booked somewhere else.

Overall good but hidden costs can be annoying. Superb breakfast. Average staff.
The hotel is superbly located, just literally at the skislope Kramolin ( Lipno ). So if you ant to go skiing here, nothing comes close. Parking is superb as well. Facilities like the 24/7 supermarket and the delightful paitssierie are simply very very helpful and located within a few steps of the entrance...literally there. The hotel has a very nice storage faculty for prams, skis and equipment so you dont have to lug all the unto your room all the time. The hotel is very fresh and modern and the rooms are very sound proof...so its very very well though out for stays with kids. Toilets are accessible even from the parking outside just incase. Location, quality and even the breakfasts are really magnificent. There are some downsides though, they they shouldn't effect your stay.
Despite being so well thought and made, the wonders obviously didn't invest in personal as much. They can be rather unpleasant. Mostly youngsters, the lesser you interact with them, the happier you will be. The place is designed for a seamless stay, so even the checkout can be done without any interaction....but as hotel stays go, there is always something that happens....This is a hotel that wasnt to make money at literally each step and that begins to show.
1) The booking and confirmation clearly says all taxes included yet I was forced to pay a lot more than was charged...
be prepared top pay extra city taxes....despite wha the confirmation says, they will argue all night to say( despite not one being a native English speaker ) that your booking is incorrect and all taxes are extra. Thats a bit unpleasant as the booking clearly said, all was included.
2) The breakfast, wonderful as it is, is just across the building in the restaurant opposite. Its just a few metres really but what is horrible is that the restaurant being empty, still they shove you into the basement ( the former rental area ) where there are no windows and its really gets full with kids and families all eating like rats. Horrible. They stuff this area the size of a 3 car garage..the food is great but what a way to be eat. Not nice. Tables are usually full and the whole restaurant upstairs is still empty. Going up and down those stairs cant be nice if you're are senior citizens mind you or an expecting mother. Rather silly,...again cost cutting and money making.
3) In general the hotel for what is is is more the you will pay at a Countryard Marriott or similar in town. The location is great, you really cant blame them, but just letting you know.
4) The could at least make sure they TV channels in the rooms at least have something for kids. There was nothing there and when you have kids, that can be a bother.
5) Parking isnt free though on site, but they are rather nice about late leaving yes.
