Have a nice weekend

Very good 3-star hotel, everything well-maintained, good breakfast, friendly staff - I would gladly return.

Disappointing

I do not expect a luxury room from an Ibis, but the possibility of a comfortable sleep. The centralized bathroom exhaust and room air conditioning systems are excessively noisy. The staff was very courteous and turned off the bathroom one, while the room one remained running all night (even though the local control was turned off).
Otherwise, the staff is helpful, there is ample parking, and the rooms are decent and sufficiently clean.

The location is in an industrial area, and is not so nice, but the hotel was comfortable and clean, with a nice restaurant. It is a fairly convenient walk in to the university, which is the reason I stayed there.

In the industrial estate of Pilsen, a little away from the city center, but the facilities are comfortable, breakfast varied and, above all, the treatment of the excellent staff.

NO Laundry Service Be Aware.

Friendly clean hotel. BUT a big problem if you need laundry done, when I complained I was told that they could organize pick up on the Wednesday following week and return on the Friday a whole week later at quite some expense as well. They told me it is not on the official website so I screen shot were it is 100% on the website. All they said is they will organise to take down...and did I want to organize the pickup for Wednesday..WHAT hotel does not do laundry. I told the company I was here to see (One of the largest in Czech) they couldn't believe it either and are having them removed from their client's hotel lists.
