good price, lousy communication and instructions

The location was excellent, the room was clean as were the bathrooms. There was plenty of hot water. The bed was very uncomfortable, however. Also, the communication regarding check in was inadequate and I had to get the wifi code from a departing guest even though I sent two emails asking for the access code. POOR marks for communication ! Check-in instructions need to be clearer. There are 3 different apartment entrances inside the gate. I had to ask a tenant from a neighboring apartment which building was the residence I was looking for. There were people coming and going at all hours of the night and people talking loudly through the thin walls so getting a good night's sleep is impossible. There is no manager on site. In short, I DO recommend for the price but I do NOT recommend for customer communication and I will not repeat due to the poor instructions and poor communication from management.

Review of our stay at Central Station Studios

Our experience at Central Station Studios was very satisfying.
From the start, the staff showed a caring and cordial attitude, Peter, who answered kindly all our queries.
Availability (in covers) of coffee and tea as well as the comfort of the bed, which contributed to a good rest.
However, we felt that the room might be somewhat small for some or some guests, and there was some noise coming from the pipes of the adjacent or adjoining room(s) (the latter point according to my father).
As a suggestion, it would be advisable to have milk and a microwave for the convenience of visitors.
We also want to highlight that pens, a free map and a city guide are offered, which we found to be a very helpful and thoughtful gesture, as well as having a garden to enjoy the beautiful views of Prague! Also when you leave you deposit your keys in a depository that says "Keys".
Qualification: 8/10 or 4/5
We appreciate the attention received and were very satisfied with our stay!

Clean, comfortable and perfectly located.

Central station studios is clean, comfortable and right next to the city center. Additionally it’s got a Lidl right across from it and a nearby park which offers stunning sunset views of the Prague skyline. Peter is a gracious and friendly host, and was always ready to help or answer any questions. Highly recommended!

Best place I stayed in on my European trip!

Comfortable accommodation located close to the city center. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Free fruit and candy, as well as a large bottle of water. Tea and coffee also provided free of charge. Free Netflix! Highly recommended!

Great little bolt hole

We stayed here during our short stay in Prague. Quite close to the main train station, and a short walk into the centre. Peter was very welcoming, and recommended places to eat and visit, and best ways to get around. The studios are housed in a great building, which is quite easy to find. We stayed in Studio 4 which was not too big but roomy enough and adequate. Great for a short getaway if you’re going to be out and about. Both the room and en suite were very clean. Free WiFi and TV. Would stay here again.
