Hotel Four Seasons s 5 zvjezdica smješten je u Starom gradu u Pragu, a nudi pogled na Praški dvorac i Karlov most. Restoran Cotto Crudo poslužuje vrhunska jela talijanske kuhinje, pripremljena od svježih sastojaka i domaće tjestenine.

The staff is incredible - the valets greeted us with enthusiasm every time, the concierge was very helpful, and the reception team is truly superb.
The common spaces are beautiful and luxurious. We ate at the restaurant 2x for breakfast, and it was very good.
The hotel location is perfect - across the street from Old Town, on the river, and a block from the Charles Bridge.
The only negative is that the room was very dated. We upgraded to a 2-level spacious suite that had a terrace and side view of the Charles River. But we paid a lot ($1400+ USD per night) for 1990s interior with outdated fixtures, flooring and furniture. The hotel needs to renovate its rooms, or charge much less.

You know it’s good because it’s a Four Seasons
We have stayed at many Four Seasons Hotels, our favorite being Four Seasons Surf Club Surfside, Florida. Not fair to compare the two, as the Prague property is not a resort. It’s centrally located walking to all shopping and the old town and Jewish quarter. It is picturesque as it sits on the river looking out at the Charles Bridge and the Castle. Definitely request a room with this view. The outdoor eating area is lovely. Breakfast offers a small nice menu in addition to a buffet. The staff is friendly and welcoming and as with all Four Seasons very service oriented. Everyone knows you by name. There is one thing that I found curious and could not really get a satisfactory answer. They have two lovely outdoor patio areas. One, my understanding is used for private dinner reservations. 4 table limit. The other is a lower level outdoor area with tables and chairs that had been used as a pizza restaurant which it no longer is. But why are these 2 beautiful outdoor areas not accessible?? We were looking to sit outdoors, and asked to access either area, both of which are locked. So strange.

The property is wonderful and very well localized. The concierge team were the most helpful I have seen in hotels like this in years, absolutely great. The same about the doorman (Roman) and Stepan, our guide in one very exclusive tour into Strahov Monastery. In the other hand, the housekeeping did not come for turn down service in our second night. We were also charged for "drivers/limo cost" that we understood that were included in our tour. And also the breakfast is great, nevertheless extremely expensive for what is offered (no Champagne, for example).

Four Seasons Never Disappoints
My wife and I prefer independently owned hotels while staying in Europe, but I'm glad we chose the Four Seasons for our week long visit to Prague. We upgraded to a two-story suite with views of Prague Castle. If available, you should too. Anyone who has stayed at a Four Seasons knows what you're going to get...impeccably clean room, great bed / linens, helpful concierge, dependable car service, etc. Four Seasons Prague lived up to the Four Seasons reputation...and surpassed it with super friendly staff...this became increasingly noticeable as we spent more time in Prague, where the people are so reserved, it's easy to mistake their demeanor with coldness.

Best location at just steps away from the Charles Bridge.
Rooms were spacious and of top quality.
Unique views over the rive and bridge.
Definitely recommend the tours with are specially curated and unique to the hotel whereby one is able to view parts not open to the public. The river cruise is amazing as the hotel has its own boat. The Strahof library is so special with one of the monks showing you around and explaining the history and allowing you to see the opened up books- a must do.
The walking tours were very informative.
Loved they roof top dinner at Miru with the Japanese menu. The restaurant with the best views of Prague.
Service is impeccable Four seasons.
Truly the best in Prague and unforgettable due to the amazing unique tours.
