Beautiful hotel and staff.

From walking into the place the staff were very polite and very happy to help. They looked after our luggage whilst we went exploring. Once in the room it was beyond our expectations. Even though the beds were separated we pushed them together and the cleaning staff respected this and left them together for our whole sray.The separate bedroom and lounge area was perfect and nice and modern bathroom. The wrap around balcony was out of this world we had fantastic views of Prague. The cleaning staff were always polite and very good at cleaning out room daily. The location is perfect there is a tram right outside the hotel entrance which takes you all over the town. Easy walking to the old town and shops etc. also not long a walk to the Charles bridge. Overall the hotel location everything was spot on . The daily breakfast that was included was so nice plenty of good and drink to choose from hot or cold. Brilliant place to stay

Great Hotel

Lovely hotel, rooms good, breakfast choice excellent. Great selection of evening meals to choose from if you wish to dine in. Plenty of restaurants and bars in old town and new town they're fabulous. Beautiful buildings to view the Astronomical clock is a must, lots of places to visit the Cathedral and Castle are outstanding, Vltava river cruise is good. Excellent city break would definitely recommend the Grandior hotel.

Excellent hotel. Walkable to old town. Tram stop outside. Large shopping center top of street. Beautiful city

Brill staff. Nice rooms. Very clean and modern. Good location.

Excellent staff with an amazing breakfast very good location, everything was great, but it will be good to get new towels.

The hotel was a very good one of very good value with great amenities and breakfasts
The only thing that needs attention is the bathroom.
It looks good but it fails the “functionality test” with little to no shelving and a shower screen that didn’t fully protect the bathroom
A small criticism offered as helpful feedback to an otherwise excellent hotel.
