Loved my stay at the hotel. Right in the middle of town centre, all within walking distance. Really helpful staff, good breakfast too.

Staff was very helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is in the heart of the city, near all famous places in the magnificent Prague.

Nice room and bathroom. Clean. Room air conditioning was quite weak, though. The jacuzzi in the spa was very good. Fantastic location for all the main attractions in Prague.
Breakfast service was rather mediocre, as options were a bit limited and they were very slow to refill items that ran out.
Some of the staff at reception were rather grumpy and unhelpful. E.g. we asked to see the spa before booking and the lady just said "no" without any explanation. I also asked about the room size, as we had booked a deluxe room and the room we were given appeared smaller than the advertised 22 sq metres, and the receptionist's response was a sarcastic "I haven't measured the room".

Washroom ceilings exhaust fan did not work at all. We connected hotel as well as Hotels.com but really no help. Very bad experience

Really great hotel! Walking distance to almost everything. The staff was really helpful and nice. The only thing we felt was missing was more lactose free products and more coarse bread at breakfast. They had lactose free milk and soy milk, we missed some yogurt. Otherwise a really good stay for us
