Hotel Arko nalazi se u mirnoj četvrti Prosec u Pragu, na svega 2 minute hoda od postaje podzemne željeznice Střížkov. Hotel nudi sobe s vlastitom kupaonicom i besplatni WiFi. Sve kupaonice uključuju sušilo za kosu i besplatan kozmetički pribor.

Everything went smoothly, the room was perfectly clean and there was everything we needed, but the walls were quite thin so we could hear some youngsters planning their party as if they were in the same room with us. They luckily left by midnight but I can see how someone could get unlucky with the neighbors and really suffer if one is sensitive to sound.

STAY AWAY!
First of all: the reception is only open until 6:00 PM, and check-in is done via a key box. When we arrived, the exterior of the hotel was in much worse condition than the photos suggested. As soon as we let ourselves in, it felt like we had entered an abandoned hotel. The hallways were completely dark, there was a strong smell of cleaning products, and there were no staff or other guests to be seen. The atmosphere made us feel extremely uncomfortable.
From the room next to ours, there was extremely loud music, screaming, singing, and laughter. We heard several Asian women and a European man, and the overall situation gave us the impression that paid activities were taking place that did not belong in a hotel. Combined with the fact that the hotel was completely unattended and the walls were so thin that you could hear a pin drop, we simply did not feel safe.
We left the «hotel» immediately without staying the night.
For context, we have stayed in budget hotels and hostels all over the world and are not particularly demanding when it comes to accommodation. We understand that a low price means a more basic standard, and we are usually more than happy with that.
Fortunately, we managed to find another hotel at short notice. Looking back, we would honestly rather have slept in our car than spent the night at this hotel.

But room is dirty they dont clean the room they just empty the rubbish . For almost 5 days of stay only given fresh towel the day before we left. Noisy you can hear everything. Wifi is rubbish. Bed sheet not covering the matress properly so when you sleep once you wake up stained matress is exposed .

Quite nice place to stay, very cheap and therefore good price/quality ratio. The environment is very basic, but a metro station is close.

Avoid
Extremely disappointed with this stay. Hotel Arko looks modern in the photos but this couldn’t be further from the truth. Our room had no toilet paper on arrival. The room was dingy and beyond basic. No drinking water in the room. Beds changed once for our whole stay and we had to request new towels. The wifi was horrendous I used mobile data the entire time which was an additional cost for me. The walls in hotel Arko are like paper - we could hear a man next door coughing up phlegm every morning. Rooms next door were also speaking loudly and drinking till all hours but there was no one on reception we could to speak to. On our last night there was a man in the lobby screaming at the top of his lungs at 4:20. Again, no staff around to deal with this. Lastly, the price is outrageous for what it is. This is not anywhere near Prague city centre and is more like a very bad hostel - it is not worth what we paid for it. The one positive about this hotel is its proximity to the metro. Don’t stay if you have standards or like to sleep
