Loved our stay! The location, the room, the breakfast...we felt very welcome by Giuseppe and all the breakfast staff. Thank you, we will be back.
PS: Is it possible that the TV had no Czech chanels? Or we could not find any. I won't be able to stay there with my elderly parents! lol

+ Wonderful location in the Old town and close to Karls bridge
+ Good parking service
+ A cozy hotel that combines the picturesque and the modern
+ You could sense that the staff really cared about making sure you felt comfortable and happy.
- Not so much about training
I will book this hotel next time I come to Prag

This place was absolutely adorable and the staff were all super kind and helpful. It was conveniently located and felt like a great value for the cost. There were free welcome drinks and a bottle of prosecco in the room. The breakfast had a ton of tasty options.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the included breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are visiting.

Let down by a lack of cleanliness.

This is a very good hotel, located centrally, but in a quiet enough location to avoid the hustle and bustle of old town.
The hotel itself is in an old beautiful side building, very peaceful and European.
The service here is exceptional, Vera (I think) was amazing and very attentive, and a barman who I didn't get the name - great service.
The mattress and pillow is one of the best I have experienced in a hotel.
The breakfast is amazing, fresh and well cooked.
The air con is powerful and self controlled.
The not so good points -
The hotel is quite dirty - the original deluxe room I booked, was so filthy with hairs everywhere, especially in the bathroom and dust in the main room. So bad, I had to change rooms. The room I changed too was also quite dirty, which was a big shame.
The noise - the building is old, and is on a cobblestone street, so, trust me, people dragging luggage, bins, etc will be heard. Also, wooden floors are super creaky - so I'd recommend ear plugs
