Nice for city break Prague
Nice hotel in historic building. Luxury Suite that was air conditioned that worked well. Balcony with beautiful views. Bed good (hard), breakfast extensive and tasty, parking with ease in garage at hotel. SUV fitted with ease. Driving in and out easy. Domenika the receptionist was very kind and helpful in advising boat excursion and tickets for public transport. Buy a multi-day ticket tram. Line 6 is nearby and with that you are in the center in 24 minutes.
Special policy housekeeping. . Unfortunately only cleaning room, emptying coffee machine and bed making on arrival. Replenishing toilet paper and other items had to be asked for at reception who then arranged it immediately.

During a stay, some items are replenished according to the guest's needs, but we understand that it is more convenient when essentials such as toilet paper and other amenities are replenished automatically without the need to contact reception. 욕조 안에 물 나오는 부분 다 손만대면 떨어지고 숙소가 너무 낡음 침대 옆에 전기코드 세개있는데 하나에만 전기 들어오고 램프가 한 네다섯개 있었는데 하나는 작동했나? 리셉션에 비해 방은 너무 구려요.. 물도 안주고 이 가격 주고는 안잘듯 아 그리고 이불에도 피자국 같은게 있었음 ㅠ 영어로

Everything in the bathtub area felt like it was falling apart whenever I touched it, and the room itself was very old and poorly maintained. There were three power outlets next to the bed, but only one of them worked. There were also four or five lamps in the room, but I think only one of them actually worked.
Compared to the reception area, the room was extremely disappointing and in much worse condition. They didn’t even provide complimentary water. For this price, I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
Also, there was what looked like a bloodstain on the bedding, which made the whole experience even worse.

Nice hotel with nice rooms, but not 5-star service.
The hotel is very nice and is located in a nice area and with the possibility of both public transport and walking distance (about 20 minutes) to the most tourist places. There is the possibility of paid parking and charging (but only 2kw, so it takes a day to get charged an electric car) at a fair price. The room itself was nice and fine soundproof. However, we lacked soap in the room, just like our shower gel was broken. When we pointed it out to the reception, they said it would be changed in the morning the next day - so we could not even get a new soap at the reception. The soap was changed when we got home the next day, but the bucket with shower gel still didn’t work.

Dining team was solid, though food was only available during narrow windows of time. Reception was rather impersonal and rough around the edge s, probably because of lack of training and understaffed. Location is quiet with few dining options in the immediate vicinity.
