The best choice, the occasional surprise! Very close to the business district, there are many good bakeries around, but the breakfast in its breakfast is delicious. Inadvertently found a very good indoor swimming pool in a very close place. There is a small bell tower next to it. It doesn't have to be timed in the morning. It rings when it is a quarter of an hour. It rings twice when it is halfway. When it is full, it will sound a few times. Having said so many advantages, if there is a disadvantage, the trash can is too small.

Definitely not “Luxury” — one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Europe

I didn’t expect five-star conditions, but I certainly didn’t expect this. We booked a twin room and were given one with two beds pushed together. When the housekeeper separated them, there was dust, trash, and even nail clippings underneath — clearly, the room hadn’t been cleaned in ages.
The whole place felt neglected: everything old and worn-out, gray-yellow curtains covered in stains, dirty walls, cobwebs, and dead insects near the window. The frames were damaged and let in cold air, and the street noise was constant. Nothing looked like the photos, and the word “Luxury” in the name is almost a joke.
When we mentioned our disappointment to the receptionist, she replied, “Then why did you come here? Book Hilton instead.” She spoke as if staying there was a privilege we should be thankful for — not the other way around. When I said I’d leave a review and that their already low rating might drop even further, she laughed and said, “Oh, please. Do you really think one review will change anything?”
The location is the only good thing I can mention. Everything else — cleanliness, comfort, and service — was far below any acceptable standard.
If you value your comfort and your time in Prague, avoid this hotel at all costs.

Well located old hotel.

The hotel obviously knew better times, The carpet and furniture are very old which gives it a dirty look, in a corner behind the curtains were cobwebs and the curtain had a tear.
The only positive is that it was well located relatively close to the historic center and in an area with businesses and restaurants.
