Practical, central and you sleep well

It is well equipped, it had a kitchen and everything you need, the beds were very comfortable, even the extra one. It is well located, you can walk to the center, there is everything to buy in the area. The train station is about 15 minutes walk away. Value for money is good, it is practical and does its job.
One detail is that you have to pick up the key somewhere else that is a 10-minute walk away and with suitcases it is a pain, plus everyone has to go to register.
We stayed two nights and it was good.

NICE APARTMENT + UNPLEASANT MANAGEMENT

The apartment is very comfortable, large, well heated, furnished in a modern way. The building in which it is located is not brand new but it is more than decent. The location is great, just a stone's throw from Wenceslas square. The information to reach the apartment is detailed. Person at check-in was communicative and kind.
The day after leaving the apartment I received a message saying that the reservation had been canceled (!!) because the credit card didn't work. The stay had already been paid for and effected. Unfortunately I believe that this incorrect procedure was carried out for the sole purpose of making Booking.com believe that the reservation had been canceled and the stay not completed. When I asked for clarification, I was told that it was a "system error" (a trivial invented excuse). I was not answered on the Booking.com site chat but with WhatApp messages which were then promptly deleted. Who knows why... I think it doesn't take a superior mind to guess the dirty game that has been attempted.
The collection of the keys is to be done in a different location from the address of the apartment. This procedure is not written or specified anywhere and is communicated only after the reservation has been paid and confirmed.
