Excellent hotel in a central location within walking distance of all the sites. Courteous staff, spacious room and excellent breakfast.

Very nice, good for the price.

Very nice hotel.
We are right next to Václav Square, on a side street and therefore quieter.
The room was really small and dark, but clean and rewarding. Nice breakfast, you can give up... There are plenty of better options around. There's a fridge and a stove in the room, and every day you put water bottles.

One staff member was particularly helpful organising an early checkin for us.
Another member of staff with a nose ring and a gothic style was not helpful at all and rude. When asking for a late checkout, something that is available if a member, it was dismissed as not available without checking the hotel system.
This member of staff spoiled the experience of the stay in complete contrast to the previous helpful and pleasant colleague.
