Fantastic apartment, location couldn’t be better!

Just back from a wonderful stay here, so glad we chose this apartment. We stayed in 2E - one bedroom apartment with a balcony looking onto the street and I’m obsessed with my lovely balcony! Location, a few minutes walk from the old town square is stunning, we walked everywhere. Charles Bridge is about 15 minutes walk, along beautiful, bustling streets, but the real plus is being so close to the square. No getting away from the fact that it is on a noisy street, but we were fine with that as the pay off for being so close - just bring decent ear plugs for sleeping One bit of advice would be to avoid the mini markets around the area, which are extortionate (small jar of coffee almost £10!). There’s a huge Lidl five minutes walk away, well worth the extra few minutes walk. Apartment is very well equipped with a great shower and good kitchen facilities, and communication was great too. Have already recommended this apartment to friends.

Unsafe and Poorly Maintained - Not as Advertised

Avoid this property. The apartment looks nothing like the photos - missing decorative elements and basic amenities. Most concerning: the sofa is unsafe for children with broken wooden support beams (see photos).
Major issues:
• No hand soap in bathroom (basic hygiene standard)
• Dirty, used bedsheets upon arrival
• Toilet randomly drains water - clear maintenance neglect
• Property doesn’t respond to messages
• False advertising - apartment condition much worse than photos
Arrived at 1:30am with a 3-year-old to find these unacceptable conditions. The broken sofa alone makes this unsuitable for families. Poor hygiene standards and zero customer service response.
Save your money and book elsewhere.

Sad to say this

Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Near to all sights you want to visit in old town. Perfect! BUT
With open windows: If the neighbour smoken on his small balcony so you will know it in your room.
And make sure you don’t need to sleep: every tine the front door shuts down you will hear it. If people talk on the floors, you will hear it. And of course the party in the club downstairs is going on all night through, you will hear it!

Cozy stay in the centre of Prague

We've stayed 3 days in this apartment, it was cozy, stuff was friendly and helpful, it was clean and modern, sound isolation was good despite that we were in the city center:) there was everything needed for a comfort stay and location is perfecf

Good apartment No Sleep

Apartment was well furnished and clean. Property is excellently situated in the old town very close to the square.
We were a party of 3 adults and one baby. We were located on the second floor which sits directly above a nightclub open until 5am. Literally not a wink of sleep it is so loud!!
