5-day weekend in Prague

Modern, comfortable hotel, perfectly located. Staff is very attentive. Hearty and varied breakfast. Coffee, refreshments, and snacks available throughout the day. Taxi reservation. Luggage storage. The highlight: the sky bar offers an incredible view of Prague.

Centralissimo ma esperienza da 3 stelle

A hotel right in the city center, allowing you to explore Prague on foot. Unfortunately, our room was a huge disappointment. As you can see from the photos, it’s more like a cellar converted into a room. When we booked via the Algotels website, it wasn’t clear that the room would have no view and be on a lower level.
When we entered the room, it was sweltering hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature. We called reception, who told us to switch off the air conditioning and open the windows.
We had to sleep with the windows open and the sound of an engine just a few meters away.
The room was equivalent to a 3-star standard: there was no mirror, the lighting was inadequate, the wardrobe was open, the sheets were too short for the bed, and there was no mattress topper.
Breakfast was the only positive point. Even that wasn’t 5-star standard, but it was varied and offered a decent choice.
The lady, the hotel’s client manager, to whom we made our complaints, didn’t lift a finger, and the next day, during breakfast, she completely ignored us.
One final point: we went up to the rooftop for an aperitif at 10 pm on Saturday evening, sat down, but after waiting 20 minutes with no one asking us what we wanted to drink, we went back down and went to bed in our basement room.
Be careful which type of room you book.

Excellent hotel in a great location - highly recommended.

I have only good things to say about the hotel, great rooms large and spacious, very clean, arranging and cleaning the rooms every day, excellent bathroom, comfortable beds, breakfast was great! Very varied with lots of choice, the service of the hotel staff is exceptional, very serviceful, especially I will note Ahmed who is a charming person who helps and helps with everything needed.
The location of the hotel is perfect! in Václav Square, the main shopping street, walking distance from all the hillast (the Old Town, the Charles Bridge, the sculpture of the rotating head and more).
We will definitely be back when we visit the city.

Little details that make a difference

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our room had a large terrace with a private hot tub, which was, of course, an absolute highlight. The room's furnishings were impressively modern; the curtains opened and closed automatically, and overall everything was very high quality and technically up to date.
We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail and the excellent service. As a nice surprise, we even received little teddy bear keychains at check-out. That was a very nice gesture that we truly appreciated.
The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation!

Very nice cozy hotel, very clean and spacious room, very helpful staff. The location was super convenient and very close to some major attractions, restuarants, massage places, etc. Greatly appreciated having complimentary water in the room, coffee 24/7, tapas in the afternoon. The buffet breakfast was also good. Overall, would recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Prague.
