Highly recommended hotel in Prague

We had a wonderful stay at R16 Residence Prague and would happily stay here again on a future visit.
The location was excellent. The tram and bus stops were just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. It was also right across from Naše Maso, one of Prague’s most popular eateries, so grabbing takeout and enjoying it back in the room was a great bonus.
The room was spotlessly clean, and both the bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well maintained, and the refrigerator worked surprisingly well, keeping our drinks and Czech beer perfectly cold. We also appreciated the smart TV with Netflix, which was nice for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
Another great feature was the shared kitchen and laundry facilities. These amenities make the property an especially good choice for families with children or travelers planning a longer stay.
What truly made this stay memorable, however, was the staff. Even the best facilities can be overshadowed by poor service, but that was definitely not the case here. Every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They remembered even small requests and were always willing to help with genuine kindness.
A special thank you to Franco and Add for their outstanding hospitality. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable and left us with wonderful memories of Prague.

You can find whatever you need in the room. All devices/ stuffs were high quality. Highly recommended.

Excellent apartment and a great base for a short trip to Prague.

Well maintained and modern apartment within an attractive building with excellent facilities, including in the kitchen, and brilliant service. Radomir and the rest of the team were extremely responsive and helpful. Absolutely justifies the excellent ratings on Tripadvisor. We will definitely return.

Very nice stay, the staff were very helpful and nice. The room was great. The hotel was a bargain for everything that you get.

Front desk (Franco) was very nice and helpful. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, it was big and clean. We feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!
