A very pleasant and useful hotel.

We have stayed in the Ramada Airport Hotel Prague several times and have always been very satisfied. Room was clean and all facilites worked well, reception staff were very helpful with a good knowledge of English. Shuttle bus to and from main terminals worked well and was very useful. The resturant was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The lunch and dinner menu whilst not vast, was always of excellet quality. All staff were very friendly and helpful, but we would like to give special mention to the weekend waiter and cook who were extremely nice and helpful.
Overall, although a small airport hotel, it provides all the necessary short stay amenities a traveller needs.

not good.

bad service and no membership benefit at this site. no early check in even if you check out at 5 am on the second day. Then why I choose your hotel. I can choose a better one with vood service but more close to Terminal.

I wish the description made it clear this hotel is NOT at the main airport. It is next to the private airport. They do offer free shuttle service to the main airport which is about 5-10 min away but it was a bit of a shock when we pulled up and it wasn't at the main airport. The rooms are clean but the hotel is older and not up dated. You get what you pay for with this budget friendly hotel. It is clean and quiet. The Bar is very small with old flat Prosecco and very limited drinks. I did not have the breakfast. And the AC is not very cold at all.

1. I reported the loud noise coming from the room next door to the front desk. The front desk said they would warn the guest, but the noise continued. It wasn’t until I went down to the front desk myself to complain that they moved me to a different room.
2. When I close the bathroom door, the bottom of the door touches the tile, so it doesn’t close properly.
3. The glass door to the shower doesn’t close completely, so water splashes out when I shower, which is annoying.
4. The shower drain doesn’t drain well.
5. The shuttle bus to the airport terminal is not free. It costs 2 euros per person.

*Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Receptionist very rude
