Excellent!

Wonderful staff, top location, breakfast is superb, rooms are spacious, you have kettle for coffee o tea, mini fridge, comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was great. The food at Palo Verde restaurant is divine, we have had coffee here, breakfast and dinner. Everything tasted delicious. The staff is always nice, friendly, helpful. The sisters thank you for the stay!

Perfect For Us

This hotel is a gem in Prague. Not one of those large or big chain hotel. But its room was spacious by the standard of any large city hotel in Europe. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Well maintained with good decor. Not easy for an old building. Well done!
Its location was excellent with the Muzeum subway station within walkable distance, and the perfectly placed I. P. Pavlova nearby making navigation through the tram system in the city much easier.
The breakfast was superb. We really enjoyed it. The staffs were friendly, helpful and smiley. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Prague.

Tourists rely on hotel advice as advertised, surely a rip-off.

Lovely hotel , friendly staff. Although not vegan , we enjoyed the breakfast. Central. But wow.....minibus to airport booked for €40 turned out to be €47. Not happy at all with that surprise .

All wrong

Very high price based on what it offers, little bath and too bad breakfast. The only good thing is the location of the hotel. For one who respects himself and based on the price I would say a moderate hotel (4) stars.

Nice hotel except for the air conditioning

Rooms are great and clean. The staff very friendly. The only criticism, in summery 35 degrees the air conditioning did not work. With us and with other guests the same problem, the air conditioning went down after a short time. You had to turn them on every time, which was very annoying at night to not be in your own sweat. Alternatively you can open the windows but then you have a very loud street noise.
