Modern, clean, spacious apartment in a super convenient location!
Stayed here for a few nights and it was an excellent experience. Booked direct and received an email the night before that my reservation would be cancelled if I didn't pay that same day?!?
Did the online check-in via a 3rd party sketchy website and received the door code and key box code to pick up my cards upon arrival.
The location of this apartment was excellent. It was merely a few steps from the metro station. A bunch of bus/trams also stop a few steps away.
The apartment is located in a historical building and feature a lift that is misleading. The elevator starts a few steps below street level and stops halfway between floors meaning several steps before going into the apartment.
The apartment was modern, spacious, and clean. Booked the standard studio and it was more than sufficient.
The bathroom included a Russian-made Candy branded washing machine. The bathroom also doubles as a 24 hour clothes dryer. I loved how they had a heated towel rack. The bathroom also included a few laundry pods. Water pressure was rather weak.
The kitchen included a hot place, fridge, dishes, cutlery, along with a hood. The closet included a digital safe. Wifi was working well. The TV included a ton of X rated channels?!?
The bed was excellent. Super firm and the sheets and blanket were super comfortable.
I loved the collection of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores all within a few minutes walk from the apartment!

Excellent Apartment and Location, But the Air Conditioning Needs an Upgrade.
My wife and I stayed in one of the apartments at Hotel Vinohradský Dům during our visit to Prague. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and there were several aspects that we genuinely appreciated.
The apartment looked exactly like the photographs on the booking site, which is always reassuring. It was spacious, well maintained and equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine and other facilities that make it ideal for families or travellers staying for several days. The location is another major advantage. There are cafés, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport all within easy walking distance, making it a convenient base for exploring Prague.
The only area where we felt the hotel fell short was the air conditioning. The apartment had a single split AC unit installed in the living room, which was simply not powerful enough to cool the entire apartment during the warm summer days. While we understand that air conditioning has traditionally not been a priority in many parts of Europe, summers are becoming noticeably warmer and many guests today are international travellers who specifically look for comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation. Upgrading the cooling system would significantly improve the overall guest experience.
We also noticed an occasional sewage smell coming from the bathroom area, which appeared from time to time. It wasn't constant, but it was noticeable enough to mention.
Housekeeping is provided once a week, and to the hotel's credit, this is clearly communicated during check-in, so there are no surprises.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the apartment comfortable, spacious and well located. With a more effective air-conditioning system and attention to the occasional plumbing odour, this would easily become one of the best apartment-style accommodations in Prague for longer stays.

Beautiful spot! Highly recommend.
We stayed on the top floor for five nights and the room had everything we needed. Hot water was abundant and the bathroom included a small washing machine. The kitchenette had all essentials needed for eating in, reheating take away, and the fridge was a good size. There is plenty of storage and thoughtful directions for everything. The space was roomy and the rooftop windows make for a nice aesthetic, great air circulation, and keep the city noise out when closed. Elevator is small and you will still need to climb a few stairs to access it. There is plenty to do within walking distance- museums, shopping, restaurants, and green spaces. Access to all forms of public transporation nearby. Uber pick up spot right outside the entrance.
P.s. Kebap spot next door is great too.

Our stay at Vinohradský dum was overwhelmingly positive. The building is lovely with a beautiful entry way and staircase. The proprietor welcomed us warmly and ensured we were able to get the key and access the room - he was very helpful and kind. The location is slightly away from the busy tourist areas and was a bit like a quiet oasis from the crowds. But all the city sights are still easy to access by foot and by metro/tram which are located right downstairs.
The apartment was spacious and clean with a kitchenette and small washing machine. There were plenty of places to eat within just a few blocks from the building. We will definitely stay here again should we visit Prague again in the future.
