Great place to stay. The breakfast is super. Rooms are spacious and clean. Everything is new and modern.

Everything about this hotel is bad. The attitude of the management, the place itself and the location. I would not book this hotel again even if my stay was offered or free

Do not recommend

Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was very disappointing. I booked 5 rooms for guests attending a family celebration, and we received several complaints from different guests.
The biggest issue was the reception staff. It was extremely difficult to communicate with them in Czech regarding any requests or changes. When we reported that a gold necklace had gone missing from one of the rooms, the receptionist simply told us they did not understand Czech. We expected much better communication from a hotel in Prague.
In addition, several guests experienced other problems, including a blocked bathroom drain, an unpleasant smell in the room, dirty teaspoons provided with the coffee, and a sofa in the reception area covered in pet hair.
The hotel itself is new and looks modern, but unfortunately the quality of service is far below expectations. Based on our experience, I would not book this hotel again and cannot recommend it to others.

poor breakfast, even with a small number of people, queues form at the coffee machine (only one for whole hotel????) and buffet due to poor distribution of refreshments

I stayed here a few already and came back for another stay. Value for money wise they are unbeatable. You don’t come anywhere close to this property in Prague. Quite comfortable, working AC.
A trash bin inside the room, not just in the trash bin would be practical, and kettle in the room really nice. However, they serve good coffee in the lobby.
Practical location next to the metro stop. Highly recommend..
