Great place for lovers of wellness and sauna

Second time in this hotel and again very satisfied, hotel wellness and sauna rituals at a very high level. Staff always helpful and friendly. Even though the restaurant is being renovated, breakfast and dinner were excellent. We are back in a month :-)

Run away! Lying

Run away! Lying!!!!
Outdoor swimming pool that makes you want but not allowed to swim!!!!! It is not specified on the booking site! I don't want to expose myself naked in front of everyone! As you have to go down a staircase you can not enter it like in a sauna with your towel!! Especially since everyone sunbathes (in jersey) around!! It's an invasion of privacy!!! I booked this hotel to enjoy swimming without aggression! Inadmissible!!!!

Only for nude guests

I recently visited the hotel/ spa with my family. While I appreciate the overall amenities and service provided, I was disappointed with the division of the facility between nude and clothed sections. I live in England and this is very different here.
As a guest who prefers clothed facilities, I noticed that the areas available for clothed persons were significantly limited compared to those intended for naked use. This imbalance made it difficult to fully enjoy the spa experience and left me and my family feeling very restricted.
I understand that different guests have different preferences and I respect the concept of offering both options. However, I believe that a better balance of facilities could improve the experience for everyone and ensure that all guests feel equally welcome (mainly from the western parts of Europe).
Unfortunately, for this reason I will not return to Hotel Atlantis.

Good Hotel

We had a wonderful stay, and the hotel was great. However, reception staff could be a little more welcoming.
The hotel is outside of town, which is easily reachable. Besides, the hotel is intended to relax and to pamper yourself.

We will come again

We were at the hotel for the second time and we plan to return. The wellness is very very pleasant, the environment around the lake is charming, the rooms are spacious. The food is the weak point of the hotel. I recommend paying attention to which portal you order your stay through. Through booking and other intermediary portals, wellness is only available for two and a half hours, but directly through the hotel, wellness is unlimited. There was a technical error when I ordered my stay, but the receptionist Daniel and the hotel manager were accommodating and resolved everything to our satisfaction, for which we thank you. We will definitely return. Z.
