An excellent hotel

The Florian was really nice. We did not have high expectations for a small town hotel next to a train station, but we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was neat, tidy, and modern, clearly re-done recently, and surprisingly large by European standards. The manager and his daughter were pleasant, helpful and polite, and the waiter in the restaurant was the same. The breakfast was also good. Given the location, the Florian was also quiet. My only complaint, a subjective one, is the mattress was a bit thin. All in all a very positive experience and very inexpensive.

Great accomodation, excellent restaurant

I wouldn't think that a hotel near train station in Slavkov u Brna can be anything special, but what a nice surprise! The accomodation is the best available in the destination and I want to point out an excellent food available in the hotel restaurant. Definitely will come back when I am in town!

Hotel Florian best choice in Slavkov u Brna.

Very nice and clean rooms, kind staff, next to the train station.
About 300 yard from to the center of Slavkov.
Delicious food.
Free wi-fi.
In my opinion is Florian the best hotel in Slavkov with best food!

Friendly staff and great kitchen

We stayed at Florian for five nights while visiting wineyards and other spots in South Moravia. The hotel is nice, the staff very helpful and attentive and the kitchen is excellent! The menu is wide but they make everything so well. We also enjoyed the lovely garden with pool, and got the same perfect service even there. We really recommend this hotel for stay in Moravia.

Excellent restaurant

I was taken to the Florian for lunch, there was a set menu with soup of the day and two main dishes. You could help yourself to as much soup as you wished and the main courses were simple but very well prepared. Served on linen table cloths in a full restaurant it was a delightful lunch. It must also be said lunch was extremely good value. Just opposite the station it is definitely recommended if visiting the chateau at Austerlitz
