Very good hotel, very clean

It was really clean, very Nice view from our room. Staff very kind and helpful . Breakfast was good . The problem is that i don't like their soup in the dinner and also the desert wasn't good. And tap water is not free at the restaurant.

It was a very pleasant stay! Excellent!! We recommand. It was a Quiet and peace location to relax. you can go by foot to center of city. The woman who practices massages was kind and did a good job.!thanks

Scandalising dust in the wardrobe

We spent some days on a medical journee with treetment in the clinic. We were very astonished on the thickness of the dust in the wardrobe, which was like snowing on us during our stay. In the beginning we did not realise it was simply thick dust, finding its way on some of our items.
We didn't appreciate at all the aquarium bathroom and the toilet having not any door. No ontimacy. the light coming in from outside from dawn and also the light coming through teh glass separation of the bathroom, eving at full night.

Perfect place to stay
Room was clean and quiet with good temperature control
Staff was helpful. Food is ok (not as great as it used to be a couple of years ago it was amazing, now it was just fine)

Great hotel next to IVF Clinic

I would thoroughly recommend anyone receiving IVF treatment in Zlin to stay at this hotel. It was a convenient location with the clinic on the 1st and 2nd floors, and the town walking distance down the hill. The hotel was clean, stylishly decorated and the staff were very friendly.
