Ovaj hotel u stilu vikendice nalazi se na samo 300 metara od plaže Arena Gruesa i nudi sobe s pogledom na vrt. Tu je i šarmantan dnevni boravak sa svijetlim drvenim namještajem i antiknim predmetima. Wi-Fi je besplatan u zajedničkim prostorima.

Beautiful interiors & jaw dropping views with very welcoming staff
Our jaws dropped as we walked into our room. We had panoramic views of the sea and coastline from two enormous windows with two lovely modern chairs to watch the birds, the waves & dolphins. The building is a 5 star if it were maintained. Our room was spotless & beautifully decorated from crisp white linens to cream woven additions. However, the bathtub had been filled into make a shower that I know many people would not be able to climb up & into safely. We had record high temperatures & the room was warm. It also meant the doors to empty rooms were open and although smaller than our room, all were lovely with one big picture window on to the sea. There were 3 hot tubs on the deck below us with a missing safety rail & not accessible to guests - a shame. The biggest flaw is the breakfast. Coffee machine had old COLD coffee. There was instant on the table & hot water. “Fruit salad” was just inedible old & we suspected they blended leftovers for the “juice”. Meat & cheese on same plate so if you are a vegetarian - tough. 2 rolls each - no toast or eggs. They do provide warm milk, but sadly with some work on the breakfast this could be a much sought after hotel. They cater to groups that stop for one night. Parking available & signs all over Ancud make it easy to find. Little changes could make this Very popular with tourists and one of the better hotels in the region.

One Nighter Max
We stayed here for our last night on Chiloe because we wanted to be positioned closer to the ferry that we would be taking to start our sojourn North on in the morning.
The common rooms and the grounds are spectacular, but the room we were given was very minimalistic, with a long skinny shower. While everything worked it was not the kind of place we would have stayed in for more than one night.
It is clean but not as comfortable and nice as the common areas are.

NOT clean
The hotel have a magnificent view, but the room and lines were not clean and washed . Breakfast is okay - but be there 8:00 am because it will be served at that time.
Note! It is only possible to pay in pesos. If the room is booked with a prize in US $ be aware of the exchange rate the hotel is using!

A rather tired hotel
We arrived for a one night stay while we toured around Chiloe island.
It took us a while to find it as our satnav kept trying to take us up the access road which was impassible due to road works, but eventually we found another route.
As with most structures it is a wooden construction and looks quite inviting from the outside.
The view from our bedroom was impressive, it was a good size as was the bed.
Sadly this was negated by the tired room interior. Broken lose toilet seat cracked floor tiles in the bathroom, dated bedroom furniture, stain on the chair seat.
Breakfast was ok, plenty to eat and lots of assistants to help.
No English speakers, but why should they?
