Good value for money.

The hotel is the classic Ibis hotel, comfortable and clean with excellent service. We only stopped for one night while passing through, but the city seemed unattractive to us. The hotel is still a good choice for a transfer stop.

Very poor value for money

The perfect illustration of the accord group’s policy that makes fun of customers! Spartan room, low-end bedding, non-reversible air conditioning, very nice but unskilled staff and price of a 4 star hotel in Santiago! Avoid and favor Chilean hotel chains.

Bad experience

The service is bad. The air conditioners in the rooms do not work.
The cleanliness of the hotel is bad. Reception bathrooms have dirt for several months

Ideal location!

We really liked the location! Just a 10-minute drive from the airport, it is opposite a supermarket and a shopping and casino square.
Extremely clean, always stinky hallway. Standard Ibis rooms, clean decoration, we found the size of the bathroom larger than usual. The hall is a charm, has a bar, work stations, great wifi signal and restaurant, lunch and dinner there, tasty food and fair price, even no guests go there for meals.
They have a rescued little puppy that's "working" there, rs. There are paintings on the wall telling her story. Her name is Tata! Congratulations to the hotel for the animal care.
It has own parking. The breakfast is very good and has delicious sweets. Gentle staff, checkin and checkout were quick.

No hot water!!! disastrous

The experience was very bad, the water was cold, never came out hot, no one gave me a solution, little predisposition of the staff to solve the inconvenience. I do not return anymore and I do not recommend it, it is incredible that there is no hot water in an international hotel.
