Bad, not recommended.
Far from being a 3-star hotel. It does not have an elevator (my wife is pregnant), steep and high stairs, and the rooms are old in every sense: bathroom, television, and furniture. I booked 5 nights through Booking and had to cancel because they gave me a room with a view of the courtyard. The noise was unbearable; I complained, and they told me I had to endure it because it was low season. I also asked about parking, and it was a matter of luck if one was available; there was none assigned. I cannot upload the videos, but they were drilling, and they were also cutting the grass loudly; it was impossible to rest. After experiencing all this, I decided to go to a private cabin with my wife for 100,000 pesos more than I had budgeted. Despite all this, the hotel refunded me the full amount even though it was non-refundable; I must highlight that. But they have a lot to improve.

Terrible experience, I do not recommend it.
Terrible experience with the hotel for many reasons: 1. There is no elevator, which makes it very difficult to carry luggage, especially for elderly adults or people with reduced mobility. 2. There was a lot of noise from people trimming or drilling when one is supposed to be resting. We complained to the front desk, and they told us we had to endure it because it was low season. It goes without saying that the attitude of the gentleman at the front desk was terrible, and he had no desire to assist people. Lastly, the rooms leave much to be desired, as everything seemed to be from the 1970s due to its old condition. But the worst, without a doubt, is the terrible attitude and service of the hotel.

Noisy
The rooms, at least those on the second floor, are very poorly insulated, which makes rest difficult. Not only can you hear a lot of noise from the hotel bar, but also air enters the room. Therefore, a remodeling and increased attention to cleanliness could not hurt.

Great choice for Castro
Hotel with great location. It's quite central. Hotel staff very attentive. We even get tips for tours. Very good breakfast, with good variety. The room is the bathroom. It's small. But still serves two people well.
