Very good value for money.

We were warmly welcomed by Jerome. Large and bright room with terrace. Very good breakfast. His brother Stéphane is a very good guide who masters his subject perfectly. We spent a great day. Very nice sunset 100m from the hotel. Recommend without hesitation.

Simple guesthouse with good cost x benefit

Hostel/pension type. Very simple accommodations didn't even have soap. Bed linen changed for 2x2 days but if you need additional towel they can. Continental mancha coffee served at table. Friendly hosts. No car is a bit away from the center.

Very happy, very warm welcome and quiet place

We spent 7 nights at Chez Jéròme. Good welcome, clean room and new shower. Very good breakfast, very complete. Quiet location, just 20 minutes from the center of Hanga Roa. Pacific Ocean with sunset, 20m away. Very happy with the stay.

Very nice place and pleasant staff

It started very well with an airport pick up and flower welcome. Great garden setting, quiet and good for getting a nice rest, walking distance to a cool cave, lovely dog Bobby, delicious breakfast. Jerome fixed the hot water as soon as we needed it and filled our water bottles before the day adventures. The wifi did not work which was a blessing as it allowed me to finally disconnect from all non-sense back home. After three days on Rapa Nui, I appreciated the location even more as it is a bit more secluded from Hanga Roa but a super short drive to the airport (Thanks to Jerome's to dropping us there on time - the line in the airport formed early and it was long). Great value for money at the "end of the world." I would recommend it to others without reservations.

the most awful place I have ever stayed

I did not mind the distance from the centre of Hanga Roa ( no problem, I love walking). I did not mind poor breakfast ( all other hotels in Chile do not offer anything better). I did not mind an old and a bit ruined bathroom as long as I had hot water and could wash myself. What I minded was the personnel and their attitude to customers. Rude, rough, impolite people who did not care about tourist at all.I had never seen any Jerome there. The ladies were not friendly at all. We landed on Rapa Nui on Sunday morning and they did not come to pick us up.They allegedly did not receive our email via booking.com. May have been true but we phoned them and heard it was not possible to pick us up ( 2 minute drive to the airport and when we got there we saw 2 cars in front of the entrance. Lazy unpleasant people. We asked them to book us a taxi 12 hours before we needed it - nobody did nothing, My husband almost missed his diving trip in the morning. These were the things which made you feel inferior and dissatissfied .Go to any place on Rapa Nui but not to this hotel.Just pay a bit more.
