Location, Location, Location.. and a lot more
Can't recommend enough, the location is ideal, some really good restaurants nearby. Sunset view is amazing. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Organising tours was pretty simple. If I'm ever lucky enough to visit again this would be my first choice.

The worst of Easter Island
Fraud eye with photos, we arrived in a room with zero shared comfort the kitchen that eye when I rented I stumbled upon that surprise I had rented an unshared cabin, which the receptionist forced us to pay minimum 4 nights 800,000 thousand very expensive for how horrible the place is

It has zero light , there are cats everywhere that enter the room and do not let you sleep as they do not have a mosquito and cat protection system (minimum could. Have for the price) so we looked for one later and found next door the aparthotel MATARIKI SPECTACULAR AND MUCH MORE ECONOMICAL PRICE QUALITY INDIVIDUAL CABIN WITH ALL COMFORTS KITCHEN ,bathroom ,new beds excellent and 160,000 daily i.e. we would not have saved 200,000 pesos and the disgust especially the owner who lives in Santiago zero recommended

It is the tropics, so very warm! We had a hard time sleeping because the fans were insufficient in cooling down the bungalow. It would have been nice to have a window AC unit and blackout curtains to block the afternoon sun.
However, the views are amazing and the breakfast was good. The location is convenient and they provide transportation from the airport to the bungalows. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for a guide, which was needed to enter the sites and helped us purchase the park tickets.

Terrible-
The whole experience was terrible. For the first time in our 40+ years of travelling we moved to another hotel and left two of 3 nights paid for but unused. 1. It is NOT beachfront! you cross the road and then it is rocks to the water no beach. 2. We booked the cheaper "double room with garden view" no garden but a carpark.3.The room came with a tiny portable fan (0we were not expecting AC but this was absurd) because of the bugs and cockroaches ( which they warn you of ) you must close the windows at night because there is not flyscreen. so it is hotter inside than out. 4. They say English is spoken but it is NOT. Apparently the regular host is sick so the owner is standing in ?? 5.The room was to include Kettle coffee machine and other features just not there! Tring to communicate via google translator or the GM who is on the mainland was so difficult. We advised we were leaving and need to settle account then whilst waiting on site to leave i get a message accusing us of not paying !!*

Lo terrible fue tener que alojar a esta pareja, prepotentes de principio a fin, nunca informaron nada de las molestias que estaban sintiendo y al momento de decidir cambiarse de hotel, intentaron irse sin pagar servicios turísticos contratados por ellos y ya recibidos desde nuestros proveedores. Tuvimos que buscarlos en su nuevo alojamiento y recién luego de nuestra insistencia, conseguir el pago.
Tal como dice el huésped, contrataron la habitación más barata de nuestro alojamiento (USD 70 por persona con desayuno) , cuya descripción, vistas y servicios están claramente señalados en las distintas aplicaciones de ventas, y esperaban un hotel 5 estrellas. Curioso que lleven 40 años viajando y no tengan claridad de los valores de estos servicios en el mundo. Las expectativas no cumplidas se las hicieron ellos solos, pero tratan de responsabilizarnos a nosotros por no informarse bien antes de viajar.
Lamentamos que con su mala intención, quieran empañar el reconocimiento que hemos conseguido a lo largo del tiempo.
De todos modos, que bueno que decidieron cambiar de hotel, pues no nos gusta recibir viajeros tan mal educados y mal intencionados como ellos.

Nice bungalows, good cleaning and staff generally very friendly and helpful. Good location near central Huanga Roa. The only issue was that it took a while for the hot water to show up, otherwise a very nice place to stay on Rapa Nui.
