Excellent place to stay

Excellent facilities, all very friendly, rich and huge apartment , with Bosca Stove, good pillows and coverings, nice pools and a temperate. Loved it! Good price to be 6 people. All clean and well equipped even with quincho

It was okay for sleeping and showering. Online pictures definitely better than in person. Room wasn't super clean. Main pool area was drained the first morning we were there and under maintenance the second day, at least during the time we were at the hotel and hoping to use the pool.
Honestly wouldn't have even considered the "spa" amenities because we didn't feel the hotel was the cleanest.
Staff was SO NICE and HELPFUL and the breakfast included with our package was great.

Nice place; but if you are looking for places with a heated pool this is not the one; the water does not temper it as it should be, it is cold inside the water and in the place where the pool is. Also, if you are going to share with family and have babies; you should leave them out as they do not accept that you enter your baby into the pool. I do not recommend it, at least to go in winter time.
The space they offer as “The Farm” seems abandoned.

We enjoyed our stay at Vertientes. The place is nice, family friendly, and in a good location. The only thing is that they moved us from our original room to another after the first day, saying that they were going to work on the electrical system. Didn't they know that when they booked us there originally? But we wouldn't let this keep us from re-booking there again if the opportunity ever arises.

El lugar es hermoso, nos atendieron con muchísima amabilidad y la piscina temperada y el hidromasaje eran realmente espectaculares, excelentes instalaciones con camarines y baños espaciosos y facilitaban los gorros para la piscina.
Como fuimos en invierno, valoramos que tuvimos calefacción y calientacamas.
100% recomendado para familias con niños, pudimos ver animales y disfrutar del río y de todo el espacio abierto para caminar y recorrer.
Nos encantó y esperamos volver.
