Bad experience. They called me on the day of my trip at 1pm to confirm my arrival and it turned out that when I showed up at the hotel at 10pm they indicated that my booked room was not available, without giving me solution.

Bad experience, don't go

Terrible experience, it is not suitable for a hotel, it is an overrated hostel, it does not have heating, the rooms do not have curtains, light comes in all night, there is no privacy, no wifi and the phone signal does not pick up in the rooms, it is winter and the water in the shower It comes out cold. The room didn't even have toilet paper. I had to ask for it and they only delivered one. To make matters worse, we went out at night to eat, we told the clerk that we would return in 2 hours and when we returned the hotel was closed and they did not open the door for us in an area that is known to be dangerous and very cold at the time, after a few 10 minutes later the manager who had just woken up due to our insistence opened the door for us. Today when paying for the room I requested a receipt and they did not give it to me indicating that they do not give a receipt. No good experience from where I see it. Only the breakfast was the most decent but the dining room seemed freezing cold even worse when you wake up and are forced to take a shower with cold water.

LITTLE PROFESSIONALISM FROM TRIPADVISOR AND THE SCAMMERS FROM BOUTIQUE SURI.

It is not enough for a boutique, at most a hostel, my bus arrived at 00:15 hrs, a situation that I informed the hotel and they told me that there would be no problems in receiving me, I am in the middle of the trip and they call me to let me know that the reserved room was no longer there available, they overlet the rooms. I arrived for 200.30 plus less and they did not want to receive me, they gave me a room with only one bed and not 2 like the one I booked, it did not have a TV, since on the page, all of them are offered with TV. And the worst thing, they charged me the value of the reservation, even though the room they upgraded me to was cheaper. I do not recommend it for anything, very bad experience and you. They should take it down from their page, it's a matter of seeing the opinions in general, very bad, and one trusts that you inspect the rooms, there are entities that send unknown clients to see how recommendable the rental property is and thus evaluate if they publish them on its pages. Trust in Tripadvisor is lost.

Bad experience Suri boutique hotel

Arrive at the hotel in the center of La Serena. The woman who greeted me kindly tells me that the parking lot is 1 block away and that I must go myself and open the gate, and they also charge $4,000 to park overnight, this information does not appear on Booking.com.
The room is a good size without a nightstand lamp. I open the sheets and find that they are dirty (used). The room has no curtains and light comes in from the hallway all night. I don't recommend the place.
