Spectacular stay in Las Condes - Comfort and excellent service
We had a wonderful experience at Regal Pacific. The location is perfect: it is in a noble area, very safe and with easy access to everything in Santiago (including next to the subway). The staff was impeccable, always very attentive and helpful. The room surprised us by the level of comfort and the incredible view of the Cordillera. To complement, the hotel food is delicious. I recommend with closed eyes and will definitely stay again!

An unforgettable stay in Chile
Me and my dad had an amazing experience in this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were very well received and all staff were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. The service made all the difference during our stay.
The room was wonderful: very spacious, comfortable and with a beautiful view of the Andes. The bed was, without exaggeration, the most comfortable I ever slept in, and the shower was also excellent.
The food also surprised us positively, everything very tasty and well prepared.
It was a perfect stay from beginning to end. Without a doubt, when we return to Chile, we will stay here again. I highly recommend!

Top 5 stays in my entire life
I am a frequent travel....
There is not one thing I could complain about this hotel about. Every think about it was great. I even went out of my way to speak to the owner of this property to tell him how good his staff was during my stay!!! If I had one thing to gripe about would be make the hot tub a few degrees warmer.

Best service till date
The staff and service were exceptional. Very helpful and proactive in sharing of information when we had some issue in our plans due to the uncertain weather and road closure. Location was great, room was comfortable, delicious breakfast.
