Stay for the concierge guest lounge experience!

My friends and I stayed here while on our visit to Santiago. What a great hotel! We stayed in the concierge level and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel room was clean and nothing special but the guest lounge was worth every penny. They had a food spread for every meal, plus Happy Hour and desserts in the evening. It had beautiful views and was spacious for lounging and relaxing. The staff in the lounge treated us wonderfully. We used the hotel driver service to pick us up from the airport and return us at the end of our stay. This hotel is located in the financial District and walking distance to the metro train station and close to restaurants and shopping.

Automatic tipping for bad service

Staff varied from disinterested to rude. Breakfast buffet is poor - the egg station is good though. Bar service is non-existent and to make it worse we were charged another room's drinks. Tips are added to everything you do - it doesn't appear on your bill to sign for - it is taken from your credit card automatically! Room is OK only, nothing like RCs I have stayed in elsewhere. Overall a great disappointment.

Spectacular hotel and very close to everything, very friendly, and elegantly equipped rooms..luxurious breakfast..very good restaurants within walking distance

Couldn’t fault the hotel. They were very accommodating and the staff everywhere were incredible, Patricia in the restaurant was fabulous and really helpful. Great location. Very spacious room.
