A good place with some details

In my opinion it is a good place to stay, the beds are very comfortable, the sheets and towels are good quality, the bathroom and shower are very nice, the breakfast is very good, and overall the staff is very friendly. What I didn’t think was so good was that the breakfast schedule starts at 9:30 a.m., somewhat late for my taste, considering that one may want to start early the walks offered by the place. Also that the hours of the restaurant are unclear: the first night we arrived after 20:00 hours, we asked for dinner, and the manager tells us that "she is alone", and that "her boss must be here", so we chose to dine elsewhere, and the next night we expected to dine there, however the restaurant was closed until after 22 hours (it was Saturday night). Also in my opinion the parking is overloaded, so you must juggle to remove the vehicle. They are, in my view, details that could be improved. I recommend it anyway.

Great dinner!

We Just had dinner here, without sleeping at the hostal. The food was great, freshly prepared and served by lovely Sarvia, a fantastic host. She also accommodated our request for a late dinner. The trout stood out, but the jabali' with vegetables was outstanding too.

Great tour but poor accommodation

Stayed for 1 night as part of a guided tour. The tour to villaricca was amazing. Organised by milton from the hostal. Excellent guide. ..fully recommended. The hostal needs a big refurbishment. Very old, not comfortable and would not recommended unless to backpackers.

Confortable and warm

Good location in town next to lake and tourist information, good food and clean rooms, the staff really knowed the area and services around the town. They have tours too on the most visited season of the year.

Very simple, clean, warm welcome

It's more a home which means you could have some sound issue with other rooms.
Very warm welcome and a lot of good advices.
The room were very clean. I saw twice the employee work hard to clean every corner even polish/wax wood.
Good bed.
No hot water the morning unfortunately and the hostal was not full...too bad.
Perfect location close to the lake, in front of the plaza de Arma and information desk and the main street
