Enjoy Pucón hotel
It is a beautiful hotel with amazing views of both the volcano and Lake Villarrica.

Excellent experience, spacious, comfortable, clean rooms, view of the lake.

This was my 5th time staying at Enjoy Pucón, and overall I still had a great experience.
Not everything was perfect this time around. I was given a rear-facing room instead of a lake-view room, which was a bit disappointing. Also, when I asked for ice, I was surprised that they charged to bring it up to the room. Small things like that can hurt the hotel’s reputation.
The spa facilities are okay. I spent two days there and paid over $150 for additional massages. Unfortunately, both sessions were with the same therapist and the quality wasn’t great. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t match the level I expected for the price.
But what really made the difference during this stay was **Soledad Carvajal at reception**.
I was in a tough situation and needed a place to work remotely on short notice. Soledad completely saved me. She took the time to understand my problem and found a solution, helping me get set up with a spot where I could work. Honestly, she saved my day.
Moments like that are what hospitality is really about. While small inconveniences can happen anywhere, people like Soledad are the reason I keep coming back. She turned a stressful situation into a great experience and reminded me why I’ve stayed here five times.
Employees like Soledad Carvajal make the stay worth every penny.

A fiasco, expensive, has a terrible cost-benefit ratio, 318 pains a night! Not what q was
Stayed weekend 14 February. 40 years I know the Hotel.
I was surprised when x mail gave me a price of 318 doll a night!, but since it was Valentine's Day, I booked.
I assumed improved hotel in its infrastructure, breakfasts.... The landscape etc (will be worth it I said)
The booked room was a superior view and so it was. Landscape and room and service
Nearly 4 stars parking, the best service I had from the buttons. Impeccable.
(Bathroom without bidet!, incredible mistake after the reform).
Almost everything else VERY BAD, not 2 stars : disorganized, inefficient although some kind. Bad front desk service.
Ugly old roosts and many broken, some with missing woods, risky nails. A lot: “I love him with wire” they have.
Lots of broken umbrellas and few, old and dirty mats left over from previous size of sunbeds. Service absent or inefficient garden area. Poor breakfast. Not like breakfasts before. Bad.
THE WORST: From 18 hours to 23:30 on terrace under rooms: hellish electronic music at full volume. Unbearable. Not even with double glass could you be.
“I can’t do anything, it’s part of Enjoy,” Guest service replied. Friogobar sorry.
The meals were made outside the hotel since inside have separated things 4 months ago and collapse easy.
(Although I was told at reception at the ch in that I would have no Saturday night booking problems, I did not) This extras thing: Badly managed,
We ate outside the hotel.
In short: the hotel is now pure shell, there is no cost benefit ratio in the service. Sorry, it was good. From not radically improving to how the care and services were: we do not return or give away. There are things that outrage.

I expected more
The hotel has all the concession areas, from the restaurant to the spa, so they are separated from any situation that occurs in that context. In that sense, we wanted to have a tea on the terrace of the Hotel and were told that this area is not inside the concession, so they could not take us anything. We had to buy things and take them ourselves little by little. They couldn't bring anything to the pool area either. The room very nice but the bathroom has no air extractor. Very friendly staff, and unpayable location. When we went they had rented a space for a fair quite entertaining, but they had the music too loud as they had put a speaker out 3 meters from where we were “resting”; asking that they please lower him a little, they told us that we should talk to the person in charge of the fair, who did not appear anywhere. Ultimately, you don't look like you were and nobody takes responsibility for anything.
Be careful with the photos that the management publishes because they are very unfaithful to the reality 2026.
