Right hotel, not disappoint.

We stayed three nights, the hotel is correct, according to the ,price and category it has. Very well located one block from Main Street. The room was comfortable, it had a closet, safe, and a desk-like cabinet. Very good white clothes. The bathroom, it was small. We use the place to park you offer. Breakfast is buffet style with basic options, but enough to start the day. The staff was generally very attentive, always with a smile and willing to solve problems or provide local suggestions. I'd definitely come back.

Meets the conditions of well-located accommodation with good service

Excellent accommodation to know the city of Pucon and its most ironic walks. Very good breakfast service, bedding, shower, heating and dispensing hot water for 24/7 infusions and use of common dining space. Quiet to sleep and very good staff attention.
The only suggestion for improvement is that there is a lack of renovation of the furniture in the rooms and common spaces in the flats.

It was very wonderful the experience in your hotel. And recommended.

It was a wonderful experience as we were welcomed very well and the hotel is very nice and spotless cleanliness. And the real staff are wonderful very friendly and friendly I will all recommend them to the by the way. And I'm going to come back aya myself since I'm too satisfied with the Vientos del Sur hotel.

Very warm Mood

This Hotel has all the facilities of a hotel but with a very cozy Mood as if it were a hostel, the people who work there are very friendly, breakfast complies quite well, although I would add another machine to warm the bread as the wait gets a little long, another of the strengths of this place is that the dining room is open all day although it does not have a restaurant we can access to have a coffee station 24 hours, although the room in which I stay does not have air conditioning if we had available a fan, the heating very good, the hotel very clean, the bathroom somewhat small but in general the room is very comfortable, what makes more attractive the offer is that we were able to take the promotion with tour to geometric thermals along with the hotel accommodation at very convenient price, we delivered the room before check in because we were lucky that was already ready, that allowed us to get the trip off immediately, I would recommend without a doubt.
