It's a passing hotel, with cabins and apartments but no maintenance

Parking at the accommodation
Good willingness of the staff in charge, both on shift tomorrow and late.
Daily cleaning.
Next door is a supermarket where you can stock up

The facilities of the apartments are neglected, furniture in disrepair, sheets, blankets very used. They only deliver a bath towel by dept, no hand towel.
During the 1st night we heard screams from an individual for more than 40' (apparently he had hired a sexual service, although reception told us he had had "an epilepsy attack").
Being located on a hill there is a view of the city, which is not fully enjoyed by the dirt of the glass

Disappointing, dirty and no refund

The horrible room with a lot of humidity, the dirty curtains, the bed was broken, you could see the inclination to one side, the place had bad smell, bad furniture, we were charged the night plus $20,000 apart from warranty!!! Worst experience by 67,000 !!!!! The night!!

Apart fx under its horrible quality.

We stayed in the end, apartments on 4 to be exact the smell of cigar and horrible humidity, it was clean above and the worst is that they rent to people to road and had noise 3 apartments with Venezuelans who were with music and noise until 5.30 am, so if you want to walk or tour even work as we do NOT RECOMMEND.

Dirty, old et far from the center- avoid

The receptionist is very nice .
But the « cabanes » are old, don’t smell good. It is not a good place.
It’s far from the center town.
We were very disappointed.
You can avoid, without problem.
You can also avoid puerto montt which is a sad town, old, dirty end expensive.
