Hotel Borde Lago smješten je u slikovitoj zgradi s vrtom i unutarnjim bazenom, a nudi smještaj s doručkom i WiFi u zajedničkim prostorijama, samo 50 metara od jezera Llanquihue. Slapovi Petrohue udaljeni su 40 minuta vožnje.

Experience in the hotel
Excellent hotel experience for the 10 days I stayed with my partner.
1. The reception a 10 out of 10, very friendly, are dedicated to delivering the best service. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, Don Oscar gave us some tips according to his point of view and he was not wrong.
2. The restaurant service, a 10 out of 10, worried that the buffet would not remain empty and if one requested something special (hot water, ice water, hot milk) they did not give any problems
3. Toilet service a 10 out of 10, if one overstayed the hours, they asked in the room if we wanted the service. Very honest your work, because you never missed anything.
4. Miscellaneous hotel services 10 out of 10 (, , ♀️) in very good condition, and prepared to keep the pool heated.
5. Various things (nature, lake that have the hotel, , etc) a 10 out of 10, you achieve that connection with nature and spend a good holiday.
Simply put, they made us feel at home. So, I would like to congratulate all the hotel staff, especially Don Oscar who shared experience, travel tips, restaurant recommendations, among many other things.
In the future, I plan with my partner to return to the hotel and recommend it to family and friends.

Good Service, Breakfast more or less.
Good Mood, clean and pleasant. Very good reception service.
What if I added two things, one the breakfast buffet is very late, if you have a trekking and want to leave early, no possibility of breakfast because it starts at 7:30 the Service.
They don't include scrambled eggs or anything like that, just a giant fountain with hard-boiled eggs that very few people touch.
The rest I recommend.

We felt very well taken care of
Simple, quiet and warm place
I was surprised, we traveled three friends and a 1-year-old baby.
We were welcomed brutal kind mind. Simple, rich, varied breakfast. Full recommended homemade sweets.
Rooms, warm, clean, with lots of light.
Staff !!!!! Dani, Sofi, Víctor. Lovely.
We use the pool, rich and comfortable.

A very welcoming visit
We stayed in one of the triple rooms and had a very good experience in every way.
Before arriving at the hotel we requested a change of room as, my father suffers from reduced mobility so the staff very kindly helped us with a comfortable room for him.
The room is simple but meets the objective. There's no mini bar.
The bathroom comes with amenities, a hairdryer and towels.
As for breakfast, I found it quite complete and varied and what I liked the most is that every day there were kuchen (very rich). Unfortunately they did not have scrambled eggs which I consider an indispensable at breakfast.
On the other hand, the hotel had different common areas that I really liked: the heated pool, pool room, the garden and the beautiful descent to Lake Llanquihue.
The staff was always very attentive to all our requirements, and we were very happy with the attention received from them.
We would go again if or if!

A hotel with a great team
The best part of our stay was the attention we received from our host, Mr. Oscar Mansilla, who from days before our arrival communicated with us to provide us with transportation information from the airport to the hotel, tours (which proved a pretty positive experience), places to know in the city and the conversations we had, which made us feel at home. Other highlights of the hotel are the green space and the animals that surround it. The direct descent to see the lake and the room always clean.
