The hotel has great facilities, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was amazing, with a major shopping center right next door. We traveled with a child and Kidzania within a walk distance was a great bonus! We’ll definitely be back.
We also enjoyed the comfortable room and bed.

If you are celiac, you should avoid this hotel.

I frequently visit the hotel, and I consider it to be very good, but this time I must lower the rating. I was diagnosed with celiac disease, and it is incredible that a hotel of this caliber practically lacks options for people with celiac disease. It is a health condition, not a "dietary style." The restaurant options are practically nonexistent; the staff has no knowledge of which dishes can be consumed. The same happens at breakfast: they only offer some very poor quality bread. They must train the staff at this hotel to understand that gluten can seriously affect the health of some individuals. Those with celiac disease should avoid this hotel.

Great place to stay

Affordable location close to mall and safe. Great restaurants around and safe to walk around. Stunning views from the roof.

If you like fresh mushrooms ask for room 1401

Good location with plenty of shops and restaurants but unfortunately a friend staying in the same hotel had mushrooms growing out of the carpet yes ‘MUSHROOMS’. So from a cleanliness point of view a big fat zero.
Management weren’t proactive, no porter to assist changing rooms.
