Excellent budget accommodation in Providencia, Santiago

The staff at this hostal were outstanding. A special mention to Consuela at reception and to Kass in management who went the extra mile to help when I had an issue with some credit card fraud. They were both super kind and helpful.
Aside from this the room was clean and comfortable, the bathrooms clean and plentiful and the breakfast was amazing. Also had a delicious pizza in-house and noted all the fun planned activities that were on going every evening for guests. They recommended airport transfer options and free walking tours of the city and all up it was a genuinely great and affordable experience for this budget traveller. (Solo female aged 63)

Awesome 10/10!

Really enjoyed my stay here. When I first arrived, I was greeted by a gentleman named Gonza. He showed me around the hostel and made me really feel like I was at home. Facilities are top notched and cleaning was done everyday. Highly recommend

Great hostel for meeting people. Facilities could be better, but I’d recommend it for the social vibe.

I visited several hostels in Santiago, Chile, and this was the one where I met and connected with the most people, which is usually my main reason for staying in hostels. If that’s what you’re looking for, I’d definitely recommend it.
That said, the facilities are not the most comfortable and could be better maintained. The first half of my stay wasn’t as good, but the experience improved over time. Overall, I’d recommend staying here if your priority is meeting new people.

the only problem I have was that whenever you are eating your breakfast the staff is cleaning at the same time plus our room was at the front of the building which we hear the loud noises of the traffic anf people passing by but all in all it is a good stay
