A clean, comfortable, and modern hotel with a great breakfast. Walking distance from the bus station, right on the main road that is by the ocean, so it’s easy to find.

Room too small and uncomfortable

It is inconceivable to use 1 sheet on the bed plus the duvet, just to maintain a concept or style.. I would say it is poor hygiene.. also the room is too small for what they show in Booking in their photos.. they only offer 1 pillow per person (uncomfortable).. there is no closet.. only hangers.. the bathroom is so narrow that it is difficult to close the door (don't even think about someone with disabilities).. while it is true.. the rate we paid was approx. $ 91,000.. it does not deserve such an uncomfortable stay.. especially with the sink almost next to the bed.. please, when offering said service, specify the characteristics of the rooms better..

We had a reservation for two beds and when I checked in there was a double bed.
They did not make the change for us.

The worst of the worst, price quality.

The worst quality hotel you can get for the price (CLP$ 75,000, March 2026). Inefficient service and didn't even bother to clean the room. Real filth. Located in a noisy environment, the service is impersonal, the bathrooms a rare latrine-like cubicle inside the room.

Felt like a safe area. There is a grocery store nearby (Lider) that is also open on Sunday. The room was small but totally ok for one person, as I used the 2nd half of the bed as my luggage stand.
