Old and centrally located hotel.

This hotel is located in the center of Santiago. Its facilities and rooms are very old and need remodeling. It has a pool on the 3rd floor and a kind of "running track." The staff is charming. What I liked the most was the breakfast, a great variety and everything was delicious. The worst part of this hotel is the area where it is located, a dangerous area as there are constant thefts.

Perfectly positioned hotel with wonderful staff

Lovely hotel in a great position, you can easily walk everywhere from here. The staff are very welcoming, a big thankyou to both Ritchie (concierge) and to Christian in the restaurant. Both of these guys went out of their way to help, and always so friendly.

Very nice accommodation!

Very pleasant experience the five days I stayed at the hotel; spacious, modern, charming environments, very comfortable room, delicious bed, great shower, details and care that make the difference! Nice restaurant, tasty dishes, only the pizza that can improve some features. Ah! And the very attentive staff!
