Excellent location. Excellent stay. I recommend.
A furnished apartment. Portaria 24h, elevators, 2 bedrooms, living room, balcony, elevator, well-equipped kitchen, well furnished. A few meters from the main square of Chile, area with excellent commerce, restaurants and sights. Heart of Santiago. I recommend and would return.

They advertise that they have a king bed on Expedia, but the room we booked with a king bed had only a double bed. When I talked to them about it, they said they only have double beds in the building. They didn’t believe me when I said that they have it listed incorrectly on Expedia so I showed it to them. To this day they still falsely advertise a king side bed in certain rooms.

Great place to stay in Santiago. Furnished apartment and with portaria.
A very good apartment. With 2 bedrooms, kitchen with accessories such as microwave, stove, cutlery, refrigerator. Very safe building. Portaria. Central location. Close to restaurants and supermarkets. I would definitely return. It has a balcony, which was not used frequently because of the cold.

Perfect location
Perfect location and had flexibility at the entrance. At the exit was not possible.
The apartment needs a renovation as it is already delivering its age. The cleaning needs special attention as there was a lot of obvious dust on top of the low cabinets and table, as well as hair in the pot and blankets of the rooms. Missed a little more kitchen utensils.

I had a horrible experience attempting to stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear things were not as advertised. The check-in process was a nightmare, with the elevator having backed-up line of people waiting over 15 minutes just to get in. Once inside, the problems only got worse. The property was freezing cold, with no heat, and none of the electrical outlets were functional. The elevator stuck twice within the first two hours of our arrival, making us feel extremely unsafe.
Communication with the host was another major issue. The host spoke no English, making it incredibly difficult to resolve any of the problems we encountered. On top of all this, the WiFi didn’t work at all. With all these issues, it was impossible for us to stay at this unit, and we had to move and find alternative accommodations the same night.
Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.
