I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I traveled all the way from the US to Chile for my wedding, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was absolutely seamless—it truly felt like a home away from home, but with five-star luxury.
I stayed in a Superior Room, and it was exceptional. Because I was getting my wedding hair and makeup done in the room, space and lighting were incredibly important to me. The room delivered perfectly with massive, stunning mirrors, huge windows that let in beautiful natural light, and plenty of closet space to keep everything organized and pristine. It was fully loaded with every amenity we could possibly need.
To top it all off, the hotel surprised us with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries to celebrate our big day, which was such a thoughtful and elegant touch. The breakfast each morning was also excellent, with a wonderful variety and top-tier quality.
If you are looking for a flawless stay with incredible service, beautiful rooms, and staff that truly care about making your moments special, this is the place. Thank you for making our wedding trip so unforgettable!

Welcoming, efficient and comfortable
The staff were really welcoming and helpful from reception to breakfast and bar staff.

The location is superb, with lots of great restaurants, a huge mall and the bustling town of Temuco all within walking distance
And if you're into football, Deportes Temuco are a steady 20 minute walk away
