Usamos la piscina sin ningún problema, buena atención del personal y la habitación super limpia, amplia y comoda para pasar la noche tranquila, el vehículo lo pudimos dejar dentro y cerca de la habitación

Look for another option

in our stay we had a night workday, so we slept by day and there was the main problem, since inside the same hotel they put a coffee "the secret" but more than a cafe also do small events so always to the flow of people who host and external, it was impossible to get a good rest, any kind of awareness since the owner of the cafe who coincidentally is daughter of the owners communicated that there were people sleeping and did nothing about it and this was almost every day, also lacks much maintenance, the bathroom you burn with water or freeze, the staff no problem.

So much to improve!!!

It has much to improve
The staff is very friendly but zero proactive. They do nothing that is not requested, from clearing the table after dinner, carrying ashtrays, picking up napkins that fly with the wind, carrying toilet paper to the bathroom.... everything has to be requested and they do it very kindly.
Breakfast leaves you sick and there was no attention to the tables or the firm at that time. We had to remove the tables, heat the water, look for cutlery in the sink...
The rooms are not bad, but the bathroom window overlooks the pool so they are transparent in the evenings. We saw a person showering, then decided to shower with the lights off.
The location is very good.

Pésimo servicio, caro y malo

Ducha y WC malos, terminaciones de piezas pesimas, caro para el servicio deficiente.
Estuve 4 noches y 3 de ellas con la ducha mala.
Horrible.
La segunda habitación que arrendamos tenia el WC malo.
No lo recomiendo. Precio calidad horrible.

Pesimo!! Ninguna mantencion en años

Muy mala la mantencion del hotel, ventanas no se cerraban, pintura desgastadas, duchas sin ningun cuidado, sanitizacion no hecha. Pesima experiencia en relacion a la infraestructura. La atencion en general bastante bien, con excepcion de un recepcionista de las noches
