Amazing staff, hotel needs improvement
· The staff that serves you is the best there is, for that reason my rating is higher than what the establishment is, they are great, each and every one of them.
The facilities are half precarious in some respects: there was no utensils: cutlery, plates, there was a single large knife. The rest was relatively fine.
It didn't like it · No heating, cold.
The bathtub is so high.
There are not enough elements in the kitchen.
Lack of cleaning in some areas
the glass in the rooms are out of the frames or broken.
