Wonderful holiday!
We have just returned from a wonderful 10 day holiday and the hotel exceeded our expectations fromcheck in to check out! Lovely staff always smiling, designated sun loungers, direct access to the most wonderful beach, everywhere immaculate, it truly is a fabulous place! Will definitely return next year

"Service culture as you rarely find it these days"
After several stays at the Grecian Bay Hotel, I was a guest again in June 2026. It speaks well of a hotel when you always like to return, and that is exactly the case here. The property impresses with its unique location, exceptionally warm service, and an atmosphere in which you feel welcome from the very first moment. That is why I am awarding full marks again this year.
Location & Grounds
The direct location on the beautiful sandy beach of Ayia Napa continues to be one of the hotel's biggest plus points. The well-maintained garden area with its palm trees, the goldfish pond, and the spacious outdoor areas creates a pleasant oasis of calm. The option to reserve lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach as well as at the pool is particularly practical. A service that I really appreciate.
Rooms
The rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and technically equipped to a flawless standard. Although you can tell in some places that the furnishings are not new everywhere, comfort and cleanliness are still at a high level.
Service – the hotel's greatest strength
For me, the service remains the outstanding feature of the Grecian Bay Hotel. Many employees have been part of the team for years and convey genuine hospitality with a great deal of experience and professionalism. At the same time, dedicated young colleagues ensure a pleasant dynamic with their friendliness and motivation.
The entire reception team works extremely competently, warmly, and in a solution-oriented manner. A special thanks goes to Eleni, who, with her friendly manner, attentiveness, and professionalism, contributes significantly to making one feel truly welcome as a guest.
The concierge, guest relations, restaurant and pool bar service, and housekeeping also do an excellent job. You never feel like just a room number... rather, you are looked after personally and feel almost at home...
Cuisine
The breakfast alone counts as one of the hotel's highlights for me. The buffet offers a large selection of fresh, high-quality products and leaves almost nothing to be desired. The relaxed atmosphere on the terrace with a view of the sea is particularly pleasant! .
In the evening, I appreciate the classic restaurant service. This traditional service concept is rarely found today and creates a quiet, personal, and stylish ambiance. The offer is complemented by varied buffet evenings and theme nights.
The dishes are visually excellently presented and are prepared with high-quality ingredients. In terms of taste, however, I would still wish for a bit more spice, sophistication, and courage in the preparation. In my view, there is still some room for improvement here to fully live up to the otherwise very high standard of the hotel (in my opinion).
A real insider tip is also the hotel bar. In my view, it is underestimated by many guests. In a pleasant atmosphere, excellently mixed cocktails, a good selection of drinks, and attentive service are offered. An ideal place to let a vacation day come to a relaxed end.
Beach, pool & leisure
The beach service works excellently. Reserved loungers, friendly service, and fresh towels at all times ensure a relaxed vacation day. The offered activities such as yoga or aqua fitness are also professionally organized. The small boutique in the hotel rounds off the offer in a sensible way.
Conclusion
For me, the Grecian Bay continues to be one of the best hotels in Ayia Napa. The combination of a dreamlike location, excellent breakfast, outstanding service, long-standing dedicated employees, and a family atmosphere makes the stay special every time. Minor weaknesses in the flavor profile of the cuisine do not change the fact that I feel extremely comfortable here and always enjoy coming back. (Thanks for incredibly beautiful vacation days)

We have just returned from an incredible 10-night stay at the Grecian Bay in Cyprus, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were made to feel so welcome.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, with beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and a wonderful atmosphere. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and professional, making our holiday truly special.
A very special thank you goes to Eleni and her amazing reception team – Marju, Yana, Tatiana, Olga, and Alyona. Your warm smiles, kindness, and genuine hospitality made such a difference to our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and you always went above and beyond to help with any request. You are a real credit to the Grecian Bay.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Grecian Bay. The hospitality from the entire team was outstanding, and the beautiful beach provided the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.
