They did not provide the service and did not return the money.

I booked a higher-category room, but only when I arrived was I told that they could not provide it, and we were placed in a standard room instead. The room had no hot water, and we said we would not stay. They promised a full refund, but the money has still not been returned, shifting the responsibility to Booking. It has already been three weeks.
This used to be a wonderful hotel, and I stayed there many times before. But now their attitude toward guests is terrible — they knowingly mislead clients and do not return the money.

Unfortunately in need of renovation !

An interesting, small and tasteful hotel in the village of Kalavasos, about 8 km from the sea.
Unfortunately, at all corners and ends the renovation jam is noticeable, which the hotel management is well aware of, but is not reacted to.
So certainly not a 4 star hotel and also the breakfast buffet in its entirety does not meet the expected level. Please do not book half board.
You get the impression that you have to save everywhere and are still surprised by the sometimes very good reviews. Very bad !

Unfortunately the hotel had double booked so we arrived to find no room available for us. Probably worth emailing them to confirm a couple of days before so that you don't end up having to suddenly find another hotel at 6pm after a long flight.
