Have a pleasant holiday
Some hotels are remembered for their architecture, while others are remembered for the friendliness of their staff. You, on the other hand, have managed to present both of these together. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received during our stay. We were truly impressed by the cleanliness, hygiene, order, and comfort felt in every corner of the hotel. However, what was most memorable for us was the smiles, attentiveness, kindness, and genuine hospitality of the entire team. We were also very pleased with the love and care your hotel showed to the cats. Your efforts in looking after them and providing them with a safe and healthy environment are truly commendable. Your thoughtfulness has further enhanced our admiration for your hotel. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Ismail Baloğlu, Mr. Mert who took care of us at the Whiskey Lounge, Mr. Bilal and Mr. Naci who always provided service with a smile by the sea, and also to all the team members who worked hard to ensure our stay was perfect, even though we don't know their names individually. We hope to see you again soon. We wholeheartedly recommend you to everyone.

Hotel with Cat
Dear Owner,
We are staying at the Merit Royal Diamond Hotel. We are sorry to communicate some of the situations we encountered in the breakfast area.
The large number of cats walking freely in the buffet and table areas, even the climbing of tables, have caused serious hygiene inconvenience. This situation is not controlled by any staff members and does not overlap with your hotel’s quality and hygiene standards.
It’s also been a non-professional approach that the staff at the omelette department showed negative dining and attitude to our demand at the time of ordering. It doesn’t match the perception of guest satisfaction when an extremely natural requirement, like “little-cooked,” is reflected as an inconvenience.
Even with the current occupancy rate, these situations are a concern about how to maintain the standard of service and hygiene during the high season.
We strongly encourage the re-establishment of a sense of quality, hygiene and professionalism that aligns with the merit brand.
We encourage the need to be considered.
