Excellent service, everything ok

The apartment was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfotable and the residence is in a quiet area of Paphos named Chloraka. Near the residence you can find cheap and good restaurants. George, the owner was very kind and helpful. Excellent experience.

Stayed for one night .
The flat was very clean , beautiful decorated and big areas . We stayed in one bedroom flat .
Balcony is very nice , free wifi , parking area .
All the utensils in the kitchen if you want to cook ,washing machine , toaster ,kettle.
Staff is very nice.
Strongly recommend .

Lovely stay at Zoe's Court

We found Zoe's Court online after we had to look quickly for an apartment because at our previous place there were many cockroaches. Already at the very first impression we knew we were right at Zoe's Court. The apartment was very clean and full-equipped (WIFI, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, TV, etc.), quiet and pleasant, the beds very comfortable. The owners Zoe and his husband George were very kind and helpful. The Court is located close to Chloraka's town center (5 mins walking distance) with bars and a kiosk. There is enough parking spot for cars at the Court (we parked at our own apartment door). It is recommendable to have a car to get to the beach. Within several minutes you can reach some larger supermarkets (Papantoniou, Lidl), restaurants and also some breathtaking beaches (e.g. Coral Bay). Within 35-40 mins you get to the Northern beaches by car and you need approx. 30 mins to Aphrodite's Rock, 45 mins to Limassol.
We quickly became friends of Zoe's cats who are extremely friendly, cute and appreciate food :-)
All in all we had a brilliant stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone else looking for a nice holiday in Western Cyprus.
We hope to be back soon.

Credit card reservation unreasonable canceled

Our reservation for two nights (made two months in advance) has been canceled 3 days before the arrival of my family without any previous notification.
When I contacted the owner (Mr George) in order to understand what was happening, he justified the cancellation by saying there were alleged problems with the credit card used for the reservation. Than he blabbered that he has already communicated me by email one month before and that our room wasn’t available any more because already booked by another person who has DIRECTLY PAYED CASH. What?!?!?! So, the problem is that cash payments have priority and can nullify any card payments even if booked with months in advance?? That was definitely not serious - and most of all irresponsible - to leave a family without reservation in high season with no reasonable motivation. Moreover, I’ve NEVER received any communication of alleged problems with the credit card before the cancellation email: instead, surprisingly, I continuously received on regular base until 7 days before my expected arrival messages saying “your vacation in our structure is getting closer”, “update your arrival time if changed” and various other annoying commercial offers...but no trace of the credit card alleged problem notification.
In my opinion the only way to “explain” this non-sense farce is the following: if someone pays cash and wants a room in this hotel your credit card reservation is RIPPED even if done with months in advance!
My suggestion is to stay far away from this low level structure and its unreliable/unprofessional manager.

Perfect place to stay

Very kind owners, they gave us Allegro necassary informations what to see, where to eat, what to do. Apartment was very clean with fully-equiped kitchen. There was everything we needed for reasonable price.
