A perfect b&b

We stayed in this b & b from 31 to 5 January 2026 and we had a great time, rooms with modern furniture, air conditioning, great location to move around the city and the island and especially kindness and helpfulness of Albert who proposed different solutions for our stay. We recommend this b&b for the good value for money...

Best place in Larnaca!

Perfect communication: the host was very kind and gave us excellent advice on restaurants and places to visit, he helped us book a car to visit the surrounding places at a great price and was always available and ready to help us.
From the apartment you can visit all of Larnaca on foot, it is exactly behind the main square and the church of San Lazarus, in the old quarter of Larnaca.
In the surrounding area there are an infinite number of restaurants, cafés and markets. A 10 minute walk from the seafront.
The rooms are new, spotlessly clean, spacious, new bathroom with shower cubicle, well furnished, equipped with fridge, satellite TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, electrical socket adapters, iron and ironing board and everything you may need during your stay.
Apartment also very close to the airport.
Highly recommended!

perfect location

The accommodation was well located and very close to the beach promenade and the city center. The welcome and farewell were friendly. The car was parked right in front of the house on the side of the road.
There was water on the house, as you shouldn't drink the water from the tap.
The room was nice. It included a shower that was nice and big. Shower gel was provided. The WIFI worked excellently.
What could be improved:
- the humidity in the apartment is very high. There are dehumidifiers for use, but the humidity rises again quickly. You can also see some mold in the bathroom.
- There was an automatic room fragrance that sprayed a scent every few minutes. As that was too much perfume, we simply turned it off.
- It would be great to have a shelf in the bathroom, as the sink was too uneven to put anything on.
Overall a good experience, as the location in particular was just great. The owner has other rooms and apartments, also for long-term stays right by the sea.

Short stay

Perfect property for a short stay in Larnaca. Room was clean & modern & had all the facilities required. The location is minutes away from the beach front, cafes, bars & restaurants. You can park for free right outside the property. Fadi was very friendly, he made checking in & out off the property very easy.
