Very good choice
Apart from a shared yard entrance, the room And location were perfect.
The room has everything You need And a nice kitchen. Beach is very near And very nice. Its a nice place for relaxation. Good choice

Excellent location so close to the beach and only 10 minutes from the airport
This is a gated community. With many properties facing onto the beach somewhere even having direct access to the beach. Ours was a well designed first floor apartment with balcony table and two chairs with a glimpse of the beach and otherwise looking into peoples car parking spaces & gardens. Very pretty there were.
We were welcomed to the apartment by Anastasia who gave us a quick tour: I beautiful bathroom with spa bath. A bedroom with large very comfy double bed. We should have looked to see what the mattress was because we could buy one for home. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors & TV mounted on the wall at the end of the bed. The sitting room had a sofa bed a chair, floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading onto the small balcony. Large TV & Wifi unit. The kitchen was well equipped the door coming into the apartment was stable door opening inwards directly into the kitchen area. There was a table and six chairs. Tea coffee and little milks were provided. There was also a tiered trolley with a selection of wine, soft drinks, biscuits, crisps etc with a pricelist and request for the money to be left if anything was used.
The place had a spacious light airy feel and it had everything we needed. It was just a two minute walk onto the beach. Then a 10 minute walk along the beach to a delightful little restaurant. Then a 15 minute walk back in the dark along the road. Take a torch if you want to stay here. We would most certainly stay here again but would make it more than one night next time and probably go for an on the beach property.
Anastasia ordered out taxi for us & gave us a written confirmation of the booking. It took only 10/15 minutes to get to the airport so very convenient indeed

Superb!
The location of the apartments is very good, really close to Larnaca airport (less than 10 mins drive) and 1 min walk from the beach. The staff were also very friendly and helpful for whatever we needed. The apartment itself was perfect! Well equipped, modern and clean. We will definitely go back!

Останавливались здесь с семьей из трех человек на 8 дней в конце апреля на Пасху. Хотя бронировал эти апартаменты уже второй раз еще на новогодние праздники, но засомневались и выбрали другой отель в центре Ларнаки и уже побывав в апреле много раз пожалели об этом. Аэропорт Ларнаки в 10 минутах максимум, но мы все равно просили нас встретить, так как с нами был 8 месячный ребенок, но все равно потом брали машину, так как апартаменты расположены в закрытом жилом комплексе в дали от магазинов достопримечательностей итд. На въезде - шлагбаум,есть место под парковку, номера отличные - светлые, чистые, укомплектованы всей необходимой техникой, и даже больше. Есть посудомоечная и стиральная машина! При заселении обнаружили шампунь и гель для душа. Есть минибар - это кому важно. Мебель свежая, постельные постельное белье хорошее, есть целый набор различных одеял. Особенно очаровала зона отдыха - есть раскладные диванчики, столик, бассейн-джакузи, выход во дворик. Свой пляж. Пляж - понравился, долго мелководье для ребенка, песочек, но правда в апреле плавал только я, а местные снимали меня на телефон)). Звуков аэропорта опасаться не стоит - хоть он и рядом, не слышно. Зато если выйти с территории, то можно споттить, особенно красиво на закате. Особенное отдельное Спасибо работникам Михаилу и Анастасии. В первый день по прилету сразу отвезли меня в супермаркет отовариться, так как это было за день до Пасхи, а это праздник очень чтят на Кипре и официальные выходные 5 дней. Также на все мои доп. запросы они реагировали молниеносно.

Отличный отдых
Понравилось все!!! от встречи в аэропорту до обратного трансфера))! Очень приятная хозяйка! чистота, тишина, прекрасное море!!! Даже при раннем прилете номер был готов во время)! Спасибо за хороший сервис
